The Township Administrator oversees the day-today operations of the township.
The Secretary/Receptionist provides assistance to the Trustees, Administrator, and Fiscal Officer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to being back up for the Administrative Assistant, process bi-weekly payroll reports for the Fiscal Officer, maintain fiscal files, schedules meeting rooms, greet visitors and provide them with assistance as necessary, process incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls, manages artwork displays in lobby, assist with Youth Work students and perform other tasks as needed throughout the administration.
The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Trustees, Administrator and Fiscal Officer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing workers compensation claims, maintain confidential personnel records, payroll processing and reports, preparation of Trustee agendas and minutes, supervise Youth Work students, orders office supplies, oversees the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, and perform other tasks as needed throughout the administration.

The Clerks office, is located in the Jefferson Township Government Center. The Township Clerk is elected to a four-year term and the position is part-time.
