  • Karen Kayler, Zoning & Development Coordinator: For her dedication to fostering responsible growth and development in our community, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, and working tirelessly to improve the quality of life in Jefferson Township.


  • Damian Benson, Road Worker: For going above and beyond in maintaining our roads and infrastructure, always stepping up to assist with emergencies like snow and tree removal, and consistently delivering exceptional service to our residents.


  • Captain Jerome Dotson, Fire Department: For his leadership and unwavering dedication to public safety, coordinating fire hydrant testing, overseeing public education, and being a dependable and inspiring figure within our fire department.


These individuals represent the very best of Jefferson Township, and their hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed. Being awarded Montgomery County Township Association Employees of the Year is a testament to their incredible contributions and the high standard they set for excellence.
