If you live in Jefferson Township and are looking for a job, new skills, or training to move into a better career, the Montgomery County Employment Opportunity Center is a resource available to you.


This center was created to help Jefferson Township residents access job search support, education, and workforce training—at little or no cost—through county-administered programs.


Location: 4303 W. Third Street, West Dayton (Westown Shopping Center)


What Is Being Offered?

Jefferson Township residents can access the following services at the Employment Opportunity Center:


Job Search & Career Support

  • Help finding job openings
  • Resume and application assistance
  • Career guidance and job placement support


Education & Workforce Training

  • Up to $15,000 in training or education funding for eligible residents
  • Training for in-demand careers, including Information Technology
  • Support for earning a GED or high school equivalency


Youth & Community Programs

  • Montgomery County youth mentoring programs
  • Access to free community space for meetings, classes, and workshops


All services are offered in one location to make it easier for residents to get the help they need without navigating multiple agencies.
