The Clerks office, is located in the Jefferson Township Government Center. The Township Fiscal Officer is elected to a four-year (4) term in November (every 4 years). The four-year term runs from April to April. The Fiscal Officer does not have set office hours and is declared part-time, with full-time responsibilities.
