Jefferson Township Zoning Commission Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7pm on October 28th, 2021 to consider the following case: 

Case No: ZC-01-2021 

Location: 6285 Germantown Pike 

Applicant: Luke Dickerson 

Current Zoning: RT “Rural Transitional” 

Proposed Zoning: I-1 “Light Industrial” 

Proposal: Applicant is requesting a rezoning to allow for the expansion of a legal non-conforming use at the adjacent property, to allow parking and vehicle storage for a landscaping operation use. Potential future development includes equipment storage building and office space. 

The public hearing will be held at the Calumet Center, 580 Calumet Ln, Dayton, OH 45417. Interested persons may join and provide testimony. Application information is on file at the Calumet Center and may be provided via email upon request. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the subject matter will be submitted to the Jefferson Township Board of Trustees for its action at the November 2nd, 2021 meeting.
