The Purposes of this Special Meeting is to discuss and, to act on the following:
- Resolution to Accept ARP Funding
- Approve Purchase Orders for two (2) AFG Grants and approve the AFG Grant Writer Fees
- Purchase New Ambulance
- Purchase Rescue Tools
3. Hiring Firefighters, Paramedics, and EMT’s for the Fire Department

The Purpose of this Special meeting is to meet in Executive Session pursuant to ORC 121.22 (G) (1) to consider the employment, discipline, dismissal, and/or demotion of a public employee, and then meet in Open Session if any action is to be taken by The Board of Trustees.
